This years 5th annual golf classic was held on Friday 14th September in Greystones Golf Club. As usual this was a great day and we had 23 teams participating this year. Thankfully the weather was good to us.

The Launch of the County Wicklow Chamber was held on Tuesday 17th April in the Druid's Glen Marriott Hotel at 7.30pm. Mr Sean Fitzpatrick, Chairman of Smurfit Kappa was the guest of honour and made a very welcome speech. The 4 Chambers, Arklow, Bray, Greystones & Wicklow have come together in a unique partnership to form the County Wicklow Chamber, this is the first of its kind to be formed in the Country.

Official Opening of the Charlesland Sport & Recreation Park:
This 22 acre Sport & Recreation Park which was donated by Zapi Developments was officially opened on Saturday 30th September. Greystones Town Council Mayor, Derek Mitchell and the Cathaoirleach Cllr. Joe Behan officially opened the Recreation Park. Indeed this is a very welcome facility for Greystones and indeed the whole area.
